Rooted in the Berlin underground scene, the three-piece navigate their way from driving, explosive punk (I Killed The President) to melancholic, expressive alternative (Friends) and gentle ballads (Name Of My Love), addressing topics such as menstruation, police violence, mental health, masculinity and lovesickness.
Their album Ambivalence is a homage to their musical role models such as Amyl and the Sniffers, The Beatles, Bad Brains or Dead Kennedys and fellow Berlin bands such as Banana of Death, Goldzilla or Riot Spears. EDDIE find their own, idiosyncratic and catchy way. And this leads them straight from their rehearsal room in Neuruppin to large and small open-air and indoor stages with shows in Berlin, Hamburg, Leipzig and Freiburg.
