Home to buzz, banter and televised sports, the Cart and Horses is also very well-known for the fact that the legendary rock Band Iron Maiden played their first gigs here.

EVERY Friday and Saturday night there is a DJ and Live music at Cart and Horses in Stratford.

Live Bands play on a Saturday night and the DJ plays Friday night.

It is known around the globe that Iron Maiden played some of their earliest gigs here at the Cart and Horses in London's East End.

If sport is your way of relaxing, then we have full SKY sports coverage and BT sports coverage of many events.  So you can sit back relax and never miss your favourite team or sport from the comfort of your own bar stool.  

Or if you prefer, you can shoot a few frames of pool in the bar on our full size pool table.







Live Bands

Live music and live bands in Maryland and Stratford have always been a mainstay of our weekly calendar here at the Cart and Horses since the 1970's. That is OVER 40 years of entertaining on our stage.  

It is a tradition we had since the early days of Rock Music in London E15 and it doesn't get much bigger than Iron Maiden at the Cart and Horses where they had some of their earliest gigs.

It is a tradition we continue where EVERY Saturday night we have a live band.  A tradition we are proud of and will continue.  So if you are looking for Live Music in Stratford or Live Bands in Maryland, then check our for who's playing.

Dancing

EVERY Friday night, here at the Cart and Horses, a Live DJ plays a mixture of 90's, 80's, RnB, House, Rock, Latin and Reggaeton.
Music you can groove to 'til 2am

Friday night is DANCE night in Maryland and Stratford so come down and share the good vibes.
